Duties Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing channels, overseeing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes such as employee orientation and training & development programs. Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict management, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Administer benefits programs and oversee benefits administration processes using HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP to ensure accurate data entry and payroll processing. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements through diligent policy management. Oversee performance management initiatives including employee evaluation processes, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to promote continuous improvement. Lead change management projects to support organizational transformation initiatives while maintaining high levels of employee engagement and morale. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management practices. Demonstrated knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning. Expertise in talent acquisition strategies including recruiting techniques, ATS utilization (such as iCIMS or Taleo), social media management for employer branding, and onboarding procedures. Familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Kronos or PeopleSoft for data collection, payroll processing, and workforce management. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments and convey HR policies clearly. Experience with benefits administration tools such as Paychex or Paylocity is preferred.
