Las Vegas, USA - Nevada In this role, our client in the iGaming sector seeks an HR Manager to lead payroll operations, HR administration, office management, and executive support from Las Vegas. This on-site position supports a fast-growing team and partners with the Executive Business Manager to keep things running smoothly, compliant, and aligned with global HR practices where possible. If you thrive in a busy environment and enjoy solving people and process challenges, you could be the candidate we're looking for. You bring at least four years of payroll processing and HR administration experience in Nevada or a similar state, superb organizational skills, and the hands-on ability to balance administrative tasks with facilities management. A background in gaming, hospitality, or sports is a plus, and you are comfortable using Deel or another HRIS platform to keep records accurate and up-to-date. Payroll management — support payroll schedules, contractor onboarding, salary and bonus calculations, and related documentation.
HR & company programs — oversee benefits and retirement programs, manage corporate cards, respond to employee questions, and update the Employee Handbook.
HR document administration — maintain accurate records, keep HRIS dashboards current, secure logins and passwords, and create cross-training guides.
HR compliance & employment administration — ensure compliance with applicable laws and safety rules, coordinate postings, trainings, and documentation.
Office administration & facilities — act as the main contact for property management, procurement, vendor coordination, and workplace logistics.
Executive & strategic support — assist the Executive Business Manager and CEO with immigration, purchases, and strategic orders; align with Global HR where possible.
Requirements
Proven experience (4 years) in payroll processing and HR administration within Nevada (or a similar state)
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to pivot between administrative tasks and physical office management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment (gaming, hospitality, or sports is a plus)
