As Human Resources Manager, you will oversee and manage HR functions for our Las Vegas operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Builds and maintains a visible, positive HR presence across the restaurants and with employees at all levels. Serves as a trusted partner and advisor to the Operations Team. Manages HR functions and supports managers in complying with all policies and procedures. Maintains accurate employee records in electronic and personnel files. Administers all company and local HR policies, either directly or by supervising others. Stays current on HR trends and technical, regulatory, and legal requirements to provide appropriate guidance and counsel. Conducts confidential HR investigations. Advises leaders and operations managers on employee engagement, retention, training, and discipline while identifying trends and improvement opportunities. Proactively ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and corporate HR policies. Maintains working knowledge of employment laws, HR regulations, and confidentiality requirements. Collaborate regularly with peers and Corporate HR on shared challenges and opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. SHRM or HRCI certification. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and interact confidently at all organizational levels. Working knowledge of employment law, EEO guidelines, employee management, benefits programs, and recruiting and hiring practices. Ability to conduct employment investigations of varying complexity. Ability to develop a thorough understanding of the organization's roles, qualifications, compensation practices, and related administrative processes. Proficiency with HRIS systems, including ADP Enterprise, and the ability to learn new online platforms quickly. Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy. Demonstrates professionalism and integrity, particularly when handling confidential information. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.
