$96K - $100K Annually; Based on experience Qualifications of theUnit Manager-Nursing Home:
Must have New York RN license Minimum of 1 yr of LTC RN or LPN Supervision experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be willing to learn and be part of a strong team Responsibilities of theUnit Manger-Nursing Home:
Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities and provide leadership in clinical problem solving. Nurse will evaluate and schedule in-services/training as needed. Ensure department activities and records are in adherence to AAAHC and various licensing and regulatory requirements. Provide opportunities for professional development and training to improve nursing skills and knowledge. Address staffing concerns, handle disciplinary actions, and mediate conflicts. #7575Benefits
