Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and organizational development. Your expertise will drive workforce strategies that align with our company's goals, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining compliance with employment and labor laws. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies that support organizational growth and change management initiatives. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding processes and foster engagement from day one. Manage employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and training & development programs to enhance workforce capabilities. Administer benefits programs including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as OSHA and FMLA; handle contracts, data collection, and data entry accurately. Facilitate employee relations by managing conflict resolution, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive organizational culture. Coordinate succession planning efforts and affirmative action planning to support diversity and inclusion initiatives. Lead projects related to organization design, workforce planning, and HR process improvements using project management best practices. Experience Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in human capital management principles. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law compliance including OSHA regulations and workers' compensation procedures. Strong skills in employee relations, conflict management, performance management systems, and training & development programs. Ability to lead change management initiatives effectively while fostering a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication skills combined with strategic planning capabilities to align HR functions with organizational objectives. Pay:
$25.00 - $31.00 per hour
