Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Direct the company's human resources function across recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, performance programs, training, compliance, and workforce planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to elevate service delivery, strengthen accountability, and support long-term departmental growth.
- Create and carry out a talent acquisition strategy designed to attract candidates with relevant experience and improve retention across the business.
- Work closely with senior leaders to evaluate current talent, identify capability gaps, and recommend actions that strengthen the organization.
- Oversee HRIS-related initiatives, including implementation, optimization, and ongoing system management to support efficient people operations.
- Guide payroll system implementation efforts or major payroll process enhancements to improve accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness.
- Advance HR process improvements by refining workflows, enhancing reporting, and increasing operational efficiency across the function.
- Advise leaders and managers on employee relations matters, performance concerns, and leadership development opportunities.
- Ensure HR policies and practices align with applicable employment laws, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
