What You'll Do:

Own client relationships

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals. Drive account growth
• Use consultative sales techniques to identify opportunities, present staffing solutions, and close deals that deliver value. Pipeline management
• Prospect and qualify leads through a mix of outreach strategies. Track activity and outcomes using CRM tools. Collaborate with recruiting teams
• Partner with internal recruiters to align talent strategies with client needs and ensure exceptional service delivery. Stay market-smart
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to stay competitive and relevant. Lead with impact
• Offer guidance and insight to enhance recruiting operations and foster a collaborative team culture.

What You Bring:

Experience in account management , sales , or business development , preferably in technical or HR/Staffing sales . Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills. A results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Confidence in overcoming objections , initiating outreach, and managing multiple priorities.

Bonus:

Leadership experience or mentoring background.
