Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Site Coordinator will serve a multi-functional role. This position will involve recruiting and onboarding, employee relations and payroll. Will assist Operations with staff management, clerical duties and account oversite. This role is site specific, usually in accounts with 60+ employees. The Site Coordinator must have excellent organizational skills and work well with both internal employees and external Clients. Must be a skilled multi-tasker, reliable and committed to consistently meeting deadlines. Must be able to exercise independent judgment to plan, prioritize, organize and adjust to changes as dictated by business needs. This position reports directly to the account District Manager with dotted line responsibilities to Human Resources.POSITION REQUIREMENTS - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Work with the Company HR Talent Acquisition Manager for recruiting and onboarding, and Human Resources Manager for employee relations, disciplinary processes and payroll. Conduct training and developmental programs for both management and hourly staff members. Support account District Manager with managing janitorial employees, conducting inspections, ordering supplies and other clerical and managerial duties. Act as liaison between Company and Property Management. Plan and assist organizing account and company events, holiday parties and events. Attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's information. Protect sensitive data. Promote and exhibit Company culture and values. Other duties as assigned by management. Please note this is not all-inclusive and is subject to change as business dictates.ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Associates degree in human resources or business, or equivalent years of experience. 2 to 3 years of janitorial management experience or other service related industry. 2 to 3 years of experience in office management and or HR related fields. Experienced computer knowledge in Office and Excel Strong math and data entry skills. Analytic thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced Strong written and verbal communication skillsPHYSICAL DEMANDS
Occasional lifting from 5 - 10 lbs., unassisted (from 0 - 15% of the time) Ability to walk or sit for extended periods. Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks. The ability to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary.
