As the Senior Supervisor, Human Resources , you will play a key leadership role in supporting the park's workforce by overseeing HR programs, leading and developing HR team members, and ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies, and best practices. This position serves as a trusted partner to leaders and associates, helping drive employee engagement, operational excellence, and a positive workplace culture. This is a part-time, year-round position based at the park, working 30 to 39 hours per week with full benefits eligibility. The pay rate for this position is $19.00 per hour.Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management Supervise, coach, and develop the HR team. Promote HR best practices. Monitor team performance and establish departmental goals and daily priorities. Assist in workforce planning for the HR team. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and staffing activities. Monitor onboarding programs to ensure successful employee integration. Performance Management Administer performance reviews of seasonal team members and provide talent assessments. Coach team members on performance plans and corrective action procedures as needed. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain HR records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements. Conduct audits related to personnel files, I-9s, wage and hour compliance, and other HR practices.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Hospitality, business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. 1-2 years of supervisory experience required Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
