Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving, engaged workforce. In this role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment and labor laws. This position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance employee development programs and ensure operational excellence across all HR functions. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce management. Lead recruitment efforts utilizing innovative sourcing techniques. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration into the company culture while promoting engagement from day one. Manage employee performance evaluation systems and facilitate training & development programs to support continuous growth. Administer benefits programs and workers' compensation claims to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensure adherence to employment & labor laws such as OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and affirmative action planning requirements. Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies while fostering a positive work environment through proactive communication skills. Skills Extensive experience in all aspects of human resources and compliance. Proven ability in talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Deep knowledge of employment law regulations (FMLA, OSHA) and benefits administration practices. Strong communication skills for effective employee engagement, training delivery, and conflict resolution. Expertise in workforce planning, organization design, performance management systems, and succession planning processes. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
