Job Description
Role:
The HR Director will lead the human resources function to align with the strategic goals of the organization, ensuring a productive and compliant workplace environment. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support business growth, employee engagement, and organizational culture. The HR Director will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws across all company locations in the United States. They will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and guidance on workforce planning and organizational development. Ultimately, the HR Director will drive initiatives that foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workforce to achieve long-term business success.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 8 years of progressive experience in human resources management, including leadership roles. Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices. Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or MBA. Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR. Experience working in a multi-state or national organization. Demonstrated success in leading diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. Familiarity with HR technology platforms and data analytics.Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support the company's objectives and culture. Lead and manage the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent across all departments. Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures to maintain a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Design and implement performance management systems, training programs, and leadership development initiatives. Collaborate with executive leadership to forecast workforce needs and succession planning. Manage HR budgets, vendor relationships, and HR information systems to optimize operational efficiency. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the organization.Skills:

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with executives, managers, and employees to foster a positive workplace culture.
