As HR Director at this Real Estate company in the heart of Portland, you'll provide expert guidance to the executive team, and will oversee all aspects of HR operations, talent management, and employee relations. You'll work in tandem with leadership to foster culture, by providing recommendations for employee engagement, performance management. and organizational design. You'll guide conflict resolution between employees, and maintain best practices, procedures, and policies. They're looking for an excellent communicator, a strong leader, and someone who thrives in a hands-on environment. Your work will take you to many of the buildings in the organization's portfolio, so you can expect semi-regular travel. Someone who can be flexible and push back when needed will thrive in this role. This position is fully onsite.
