Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all administrative functions related to human resources across multiple clinics Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date job descriptions in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations Consult with top executives on strategic planning related to workforce development and organizational growth Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing HR-related issues and fostering effective communication Design and implement training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees understand their roles and expectations Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining best practices in HR policies and procedures Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture At Clear Choice Dermatology, we value our team members and are committed to fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred Proven experience in human resources management, ideally within a healthcare or multi-site organization Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations at local, state, and federal levels Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Ability to develop effective training and performance management programs Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
