Essential Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop the recruitment team while fostering a positive and collaborative professional environment. Meet financial and operational goals for the recruitment team. Direct and implement recruitment strategies and processes to ensure client needs are filled efficiently and effectively. Develop employees by identifying strengths, providing coaching and feedback, and encouraging continued professional and career growth. Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Maximize market penetration by developing new business with active and prospective clients and increasing billable hours. Evaluate staff performance by monitoring key performance indicators and providing ongoing guidance and support. Maintain a high standard of quality customer service while upholding the integrity and values of the company. Provide energetic and supportive leadership that maximizes department efficiency and employee engagement. Establish and implement practices that promote strong performance, strategic goals, professional development, and adherence to company policies. Encourage teamwork, accountability, communication, and a career-focused approach to employee development. Required Experience and Education Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading in a related position. Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees. Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Demonstrated strength in recruitment, sales, leadership, and strategic thinking. Ability to adapt to change and successfully implement new processes. Fully proficient in software applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and ATS systems. Outstanding verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills. A positive, energetic approach to leadership and team development.
