Job Summary:
Our Long Term Care Community is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Human Resources (HR) to join our team. As a leader in long-term care, we are dedicated to providing a person-centered approach to care and a friendly atmosphere for our residents. The Director of Human Resources will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective human resources strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives Manage and lead a team of HR professionals to provide exceptional service to employees and management Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement policies and procedures Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and the community Analyze and interpret HR metrics and provide actionable recommendations to leadership About the

Requirements:
Preferred experience within long-term care setting Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to analyze and interpret HR metrics and data High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
