We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions, including ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and federal contractor regulations while supporting organizational objectives and fostering a compliant, high-performing workforce.
Responsibilities:
Lead/manage HR functions/staff, policy administration, compensation & benefits, leaves/absences, federal compliance, and talent acquisition Update employee handbook Provide guidance on employee conduct Oversee FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and OFCCP compliance Quality Management System alignment Event planning
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, master's and/or technical discipline a plus 5-8+ years' experience in an HR management role, preferably in a federal contracting environment Experience with technical/manufacturing recruiting Experience with compensation and benefits required Multi-state or international experience preferred Position regularly requires independent judgement and discretion Strong knowledge of employment laws/regulations Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills Excellent computer skills and attention-to-detail Ability to lift up to 10lbs.
