extension program. This position is a limited-tenure role intended to support the formation, launch, and stabilization of a new company and laboratory. As the organization matures, the role is expected to transition to a permanent infrastructure position within a separate company operating independently from Mayo Clinic Laboratories. Bachelor's degree with five years of relevant professional experience required. Career experience must include demonstrated human resources knowledge, leadership and management capabilities, and ability to work collaboratively with others as part of an integrated team. Excellent interpersonal relationships with HR, Ops, or other service focused leadership role colleagues, leaders, employees, and team members. Experience must include demonstrated agility in thinking and delivering/execution of work and strategic priorities. Strong knowledge of internal and external trends and ability to design meaningful solutions using critical and systematic thinking skills. Master's degree and relevant certifications preferred. Relevant knowledge of programmatic areas and ability to design and lead transformation HR programs. Preferred to have or obtain agile certification.
