VP of Human Resources Salary:
$125,000 – $150,000 + 10-20% Annual Bonus (Exceptional candidates considered up to approximately $165,000)

Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Director /
VP of Human Resources:
  • Lead HR compliance, risk management, and employee relations initiatives across multi-site operations.
  • Oversee payroll administration, including home office payroll processing and HR operations.
  • Manage and develop existing HR staff while expanding departmental capabilities.
  • Redesign HR processes, systems, onboarding, recruiting, and payroll workflows.
  • Lead employee handbook redevelopment and policy standardization efforts.
  • Support HR integration and compliance initiatives tied to future acquisitions and international expansion.
Qualifications for the Human Resources Director /
VP of Human Resources:
  • Progressive HR leadership experience with a stable career progression.
  • Experience supporting multi-site and multi-state organizations.
  • Strong background improving HR processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
  • Corporate recruiting experience with a hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves leadership style.
  • Prior experience within mid-sized organizations preferred.
