VP of Human Resources Salary:

- Lead HR compliance, risk management, and employee relations initiatives across multi-site operations.
- Oversee payroll administration, including home office payroll processing and HR operations.
- Manage and develop existing HR staff while expanding departmental capabilities.
- Redesign HR processes, systems, onboarding, recruiting, and payroll workflows.
- Lead employee handbook redevelopment and policy standardization efforts.
- Support HR integration and compliance initiatives tied to future acquisitions and international expansion.
VP of Human Resources:
- Progressive HR leadership experience with a stable career progression.
- Experience supporting multi-site and multi-state organizations.
- Strong background improving HR processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
- Corporate recruiting experience with a hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves leadership style.
- Prior experience within mid-sized organizations preferred.
