8/26/2026 Human Resources Manager Fairfield, NJ (Hybrid) The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for HR initiatives including talent acquisition, performance management, benefits, employee relations, change management and project management.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR plans, strategies, and initiatives. Responsible for all HR policy, programs, and organizational development functions. Experience with recruitment, training, employee relations, organizational development, compensation, performance management, succession planning, talent management, benefits, compensation, and employee retention/development. Ability to create policies, structures, and system processes. Implement policies, procedures, and training programs. Provide legal guidance, coordinate performance management, and resolve employee relations issues/conflicts. Handle all employee relations issues, investigations, grievances, and complaints. Be an influencer and change management leader to create an organization that can make transformations happen. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, standards, and guidelines. Handle other projects as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is required; advanced degree is a plus. 7+ years' of progressive HR experience. PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Ability to understand business needs and connect those to human resources strategies. Demonstrated implementation and execution ability. Capability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization. Demonstrated conflict resolution skills. Strong situational assessment and objective evaluation skills.
