Job Description
The HR Support Partner provides day-to-day HR administration and higher-level, consultative support to a multi-site, multi-state workforce. The role partners with employees and leaders across the employee lifecycle, supporting HR operations, talent management, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and continuous process improvement. The HR Support Partner leverages HR technology, and workforce data to provide insights and decision-making. The role exercises independent judgment and sound discretion in confidential matters and contributes to the overall performance of the HR department with minimal day-to-day supervision. The ideal candidate brings a curious, innovative mindset and actively explores opportunities to leverage AI to streamline HR processes, create intelligent workflows, improve employee experiences, and increase the effectiveness of HR services.
Target Pay Range:
$70,000-$85,000 Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Administration Administers core HR operations including HRIS transactions, change forms, and other administrative processes to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HR data and services. Leverages HR technology and data to analyze workforce information, identify trends and exceptions, guide decisions, and provide actionable insights to business leaders and HR leadership. Supports employee health and financial benefit activities including questions that come through the HR Helpdesk, third-party administrator escalations, and insurance billing reconciliation and auditing. Identifies and implements process improvements that increase HR operational efficiency, data accuracy, service quality, employee experience, and consistency across HR processes and business locations. Talent Management & Development Act as a talent development partner by facilitating and supporting recruiting, screening, background checks, onboarding, staffing, succession planning, and the performance review process. Evaluates recruiting, onboarding, and training processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, employee readiness, manager effectiveness, and time-to-productivity. Provides leaders with coaching, training, consultation, and practical guidance on employee-related standard operating procedures, performance expectations, and people-management practices. Employee Relations & Coaching Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business groups on employee-related matters, providing responsive support through in-person interactions, email, and HR helpdesk tickets. Exercise independent judgment, confidentiality, and discretion in confidential matters, including conducting investigations, providing performance-related coaching; escalating appropriately to the HR Director and maintaining thorough documentation. Assist in resolving escalated issues involving leaves of absence, benefits, compensation, payroll, and other workplace concerns by coordinating with internal HR, payroll, benefits, and business teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business plus 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience supporting a multi-site, multi-state, multi-time zone workforce strongly preferred. Broad knowledge of federal employment law and experience in states with higher compliance complexities. Experience administering group health benefits, including reconciliation and audit of insurance billing. Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and mediating employee relations matters. Proficiency with HRIS/HR technology platforms and comfort working with data in Excel. Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters. Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with employees and leaders at all levels.Pay:
