Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner Director to support the Corporate Services segment—a dynamic, high‑impact environment where culture, leadership, and employee experience shape the way thousands of people work every day. This is a remote position with approximately 25% travel. In this role, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executives, vice presidents, and operational leaders. You'll help define what great leadership looks like, strengthen organizational capability, and build the conditions where people can thrive. Your work will influence the full employee lifecycle—from how we attract and develop talent to how we navigate change, build community, and create workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and inspired. You will lead enterprise‑wide initiatives across change leadership , employee relations , talent strategy , leadership development , and organizational effectiveness . Your voice will shape decisions at the highest levels, ensuring our people strategy fuels long‑term business growth and a culture grounded in trust, inclusion, and performance. What You'll Do Serve as a strategic advisor — partner with senior leaders, client executives, and operational teams to align people strategy with business priorities and long‑term growth Drive organizational effectiveness — lead initiatives in change leadership, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development to strengthen capability across the enterprise Champion a high‑performance culture — foster an environment rooted in accountability, engagement, continuous feedback, and meaningful employee experience Coach and develop leaders — guide leaders through performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and leadership effectiveness with clarity and empathy Build strong talent pipelines — collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract, develop, and retain top talent that supports business growth and succession needs Lead with data and insight — leverage HR technology, workforce analytics, and organizational data to inform decisions, anticipate needs, and drive measurable outcomes What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
