Human Resources Position Overview We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support operations across North America (U.S. & Mexico). This role will act as a strategic HR partner, aligning business goals with people strategy, supporting leadership teams in workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership Act as the main HR contact for managers and leadership teams. Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. Translate business needs into HR solutions aligned with company goals. Employee Relations & Performance Manage employee relations cases ensuring compliance and consistency. Support performance management and development processes. Advise leaders on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Compliance & Labor Relations Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws (federal, state, local).Oversee HR processes:
onboarding, offboarding, documentation, audits. Support multi-state operations and field workforce compliance. Talent & HR Operations Support recruitment and staffing strategies. Participate in headcount planning. Coordinate with HR and payroll teams across U.S. and Mexico. Maintain accurate HR data and reporting.REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related. 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience as HRBP or HR Manager. Experience in renewable energy, industrial, or project-based environments (preferred). Experience supporting multi-state U.S. operations. Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws. Fluent Spanish + Intermediate/Advanced English.
