Job Description

Job Overview I am an Asheville-based independent restaurateur operating four (soon to be 5.5) businesses and approximately 150 employees. We're looking for an exceptional full-time HR Director with deep expertise in employment law/compliance, employee relations, payroll, benefits, handbooks and investigations. This isn't a culture/training position—we have strong operators handling that. I'm interested in reaching experienced HR professionals who may not actively be job hunting Join us to lead our human resources function with energy and purpose!
