Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving workplace culture. In this role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations and onboarding, compliance with employment and labor laws, and organizational development. Your energetic leadership will drive workforce engagement, streamline HR processes, and support our company's growth objectives. Duties Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and conducting first-round interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit Manage employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and engagement. Oversee employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and succession planning efforts to support career growth and organizational stability. Lead change management initiatives to facilitate organizational design improvements and strategic planning efforts. Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management techniques while fostering a positive work environment. Create, manage, and update employee work schedules using Connecteam, ensuring proper shift coverage and efficient team coordination Requirements Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management practices. Expertise in talent acquisition strategies including recruiting through social media management platforms and HR sourcing techniques. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple HR initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and contract administration. Excellent communication skills for effective employee orientation, training delivery, and conflict resolution.
