Job Description Addison Group is partnering with our client, a growing consumer products organization, to hire an HR Manager. This role will support a dynamic, multi-state workforce and play a key part in strengthening day-to-day operations systems, and employee support functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on across multiple HR areas while contributing to ongoing process improvements and organizational initiatives. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary HR resource for employees, supporting questions related to benefits, compensation, and policies Partner closely with leadership to support recruiting efforts for non-executive roles across the organization Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on workplace concerns Assist in maintaining and optimizing HR systems, including support during open enrollment and other key cycles Contribute to policy updates, documentation, and communication across the organization Support teams with higher HR needs, including sales channels with commission-based structures Participate in ongoing organizational initiatives, including process improvements and global HR projects Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent HR practices across a distributed workforce Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in an HR Manager or HRBP capacity Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered Experience working with HRIS platforms (UKG or similar systems strongly preferred) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Must be locally based and able to commute to the Roanoke office Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
