Senior HR Manager / Director of Human Resources (Holding Company Multi-Business & Multi-State)

About Us Aspiriq LLC is an expanding parent holding company based in Braselton, GA, that owns and operates a diverse portfolio of distinct corporate businesses and multi-state franchise concepts . We are seeking a highly organized, strategic Senior HR Professional to manage our multi-entity workforce compliance and human resources operations. If you excel in navigating multi-business structures, holding company employee allocations, and complex multi-state labor laws, you will thrive in this role. Position Overview Based out of our Braselton, GA office on a hybrid schedule , you will oversee full-cycle human resources, workforce compliance, and payroll administration across our entire portfolio of corporate-owned businesses. This role requires an independent professional capable of balancing individual subsidiary workforce needs while maintaining unified corporate HR standards and multi-state legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities Multi-Entity & Holding Company Structures:
Design, implement, and manage HR policies across the parent holding company and its various corporate-owned subsidiaries and franchise entities .
Multi-State HR Compliance:
Direct and monitor compliance with varying state-level labor laws, paid leave policies, workers' compensation rules, and employment tax nexus requirements.
Franchise & Shared Services HR:
Oversee organizational design, employment agreements, and shared service personnel allocations across multiple independent brands.
Payroll & Benefits Management:
Supervise and run centralized, multi-state payroll systems and corporate benefits administration across all active business entities.
Employee Relations & Performance:
Standardize job descriptions, P&L-aligned performance metrics, and handbooks across different business models.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and legal screening (I-9 compliance, multi-state background checks) for all locations. Qualifications & Experience SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is highly preferred, along with 5+ years of complex corporate HR experience. Proven HR experience within a holding company or multi-business parent corporate environment is strictly required. Solid background in franchise environments or managing diverse workforces across distinct business models (retail, corporate, operations, etc.). Deep, practical knowledge of multi-state labor laws, employment compliance, and multi-state payroll structures . Advanced proficiency with modern HRIS, ATS, and multi-entity payroll platforms (e.g., ADP Totalsource, ADP Vantage, Paylocity, Rippling, or Gusto). Ability to commute to the Braselton, GA office on designated in-office days.
