We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Onsite Staffing Manager to lead staffing operations at a key client site in Greenwood, SC. In this critical role, you will manage onsite supervisors and temporary associates, serve as the primary liaison with client leadership, and oversee day-to-day workforce operations to ensure high-quality service and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the onsite staffing program, ensuring 100% client satisfaction Supervise onsite team members and temporary workforce Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of job orders Build strong relationships with client supervisors and management Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of temporary staff Oversee daily operations, including payroll, timekeeping, and invoicing Generate and deliver client reports as needed Identify and implement continuous improvements and value-added services Work extended or flexible hours during peak periods or to cover absences
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in staffing, workforce management, or a similar leadership role Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) Proficient with timekeeping and reporting systems Flexible availability, including early morning starts Ability to manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
