Minimum 2 years in Human Resources Position Overview We are seeking an experienced On-Site Human Resources Professional to oversee our temporary-to-hire workforce at a client location. This individual will act as the primary HR liaison between our staffing company, the client, and the employees. The role requires strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and workforce management, with a focus on ensuring a smooth transition of employees from temporary to permanent placement. Key Responsibilities Serve as the on-site HR representative for all temporary-to-hire employees. Manage onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, OSHA regulations, and client site requirements. Oversee attendance, timekeeping, and performance tracking of assigned employees. Act as the point of contact for employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and recommending corrective actions. Partner with client supervisors and managers to understand staffing needs, job performance expectations, and cultural fit. Monitor performance and attendance metrics to identify trends, provide coaching, and recommend corrective measures. Support employees through processed including evaluations, documentation, and reporting. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Conduct regular safety checks, employee engagement initiatives, and retention-focused programs. Provide reporting to leadership on headcount, retention, turnover, and performance. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of HR experience , preferably within staffing, manufacturing, or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of HR compliance , employment law, and workplace safety regulations. Proven ability to manage employee relations issues effectively and professionally. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a client-facing, on-site HR role is a plus.
