Job Description

Help Lead a High-Performing HR Organization We're looking for an experienced HR leader to oversee our HR operations and Total Rewards functions while helping advance the way we support our employees and the business. This role is responsible for leading HR operations, compensation, benefits, HR technology, compliance, people analytics, and safety, ensuring our programs and systems are effective, efficient, and aligned with our business goals. As a member of the HR Leadership Team, you'll partner closely with the Chief People Officer and leaders across the organization to improve processes, strengthen our HR technology, provide data-driven insights, and deliver an exceptional employee experience. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Lead HR operations, including HR systems, compensation, benefits, compliance, safety, and HR service delivery. Oversee and continuously improve our Workday environment, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, system effectiveness, and an excellent employee experience. Develop and administer competitive compensation and Total Rewards programs that support talent attraction and retention. Partner with senior leaders across HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and other business functions to align HR initiatives with organizational priorities. Build and expand our people analytics capabilities, providing leaders with actionable insights related to workforce planning, retention, compensation, and organizational trends. Evaluate emerging HR technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, and determine where they can improve efficiency while preserving thoughtful human decision-making. Lead operational improvement initiatives, manage organizational change, and help simplify and standardize HR processes. Coach and develop a high-performing HR Operations team while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of strategic leadership and operational expertise, along with a passion for building efficient, employee-focused HR programs.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Extensive senior-level experience leading HR operations, including compensation, benefits, and HR service delivery. Experience in a professional services environment, with a multi-locational organizational structure, is strongly preferred. Deep knowledge of Workday HRMS, including system administration, reporting, integrations, data governance, and process improvement. Experience partnering with executive leadership and leading cross-functional initiatives. Strong knowledge of employment law, payroll and tax compliance, HR policies, workplace safety, and HR best practices. Experience using workforce data and analytics to support business decisions and organizational planning. Practical experience evaluating AI-enabled HR technologies and applying them where they add value. Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
