You will lead the entire HR spectrum, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compensation architecture, exclusively within El Paso with no cross-border commitments. Key areas of focus include building a high-performing HR team, steering recruitment efforts that enhance our talent pool in line with legal and corporate standards, and enhancing employee satisfaction through robust benefit packages. Utilize cutting-edge tools such as AI for enhancing candidate engagement and workflow efficiencies. You'll foster a culture of continuous improvement, linking policy development to compliance and performance metrics and maintaining seamless payroll operations and employee relations. Essential qualifications include an extensive background in HR leadership, particularly within manufacturing or multinational contexts. You'll thrive with a hands-on approach using HR management systems alongside great people skills and sharp analytics. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is required, with advanced studies being a bonus.
