Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead both talent acquisition and core human resources operations for our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for a hands-on leader who can balance day-to-day execution with long-term people strategy in a fast-moving, on-site environment. The person in this role will guide the employee journey from recruitment through separation while strengthening compliance, benefits administration, and overall employee experience.

Fort Worth Contract to permanent Pay $38/Hr Report to: CEO/ Leaders Mon-Friday (Fully On-Site) 8:00am - 5:00pm (flexible schedule) Bilingual in Spanish Strongly Preferred.
Responsibilities:
Employe Relations, Employee handbook and SOP information, Initial Software training, Full Cycle Recruiting
  • Lead the recruitment process from role kickoff through offer stage, coordinating sourcing efforts, candidate evaluation, interview logistics, and selection decisions across multiple positions.
  • Develop and sustain talent pipelines using industry networks, online sourcing channels, employee referrals, and community outreach to support current and future staffing needs.
  • Monitor recruitment performance indicators such as fill timelines, recruitment costs, and acceptance trends, then use insights to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Oversee administration of employee benefit offerings, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other voluntary plans, while supporting annual enrollment activities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for brokers, insurance carriers, retirement plan partners, and external administrators to ensure smooth delivery of benefits programs.
  • Review compensation data and market trends to help maintain competitive pay practices and support informed salary recommendations.
  • Ensure leave programs are handled accurately and on time, including legally protected and company-supported absences, with careful attention to policy and compliance requirements.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle through onboarding, development, employee relations, policy administration, and offboarding while fostering a positive workplace culture. Requirements
  • At least five years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, including broad generalist or HR leadership responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment for a range of positions across different levels of an organization.
  • Practical experience overseeing employee benefits programs, open enrollment activities, and external vendor relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and applicable state employment regulations, HR compliance standards, and established people practices.
  • Proficiency with HRIS or applicant tracking platforms and related HR technology tools used for reporting, hiring, and administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Capability to build trusted partnerships across the organization while handling sensitive matters with sound judgment and professionalism.
