Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. Your energetic leadership will drive organizational growth, enhance employee engagement, and ensure our HR practices align with our strategic objectives. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational goals and promote a high-performance culture. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing sourcing channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes to attract top talent. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture. Manage performance management systems, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and development plans to foster continuous improvement. Administer employee benefits programs, payroll processing, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday or ADP to ensure accuracy and compliance. Handle employee relations issues by mediating conflicts, conducting investigations, and applying effective conflict management techniques. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), workers' compensation policies, and contract management. Support organizational design initiatives and process improvements through strategic planning and change management practices. Provide guidance on HR sourcing strategies, succession planning, and talent management initiatives to develop future leaders. Collaborate with senior leadership on HR program management, budgeting, data analysis for decision-making, and HR metrics reporting. Experience Proven experience in human resources management or a similar leadership role within a complex organization. Demonstrated success in supervising HR teams and managing multiple HR functions simultaneously. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law compliance requirements such as OSHA regulations and workers' compensation policies. Strong background in talent acquisition strategies including recruiting using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Taleo or SAP SuccessFactors. Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Paychex, or Kronos is highly desirable. Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, employee evaluation processes, and benefits administration. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership and influence organizational change. Data collection and analysis skills for HR metrics reporting; proficiency in process improvement methodologies is a plus. $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
