JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a nonprofit organization, is seeking an HR Manager to lead human resources operations and organizational process improvement initiatives. This person will be tasked with overseeing employee relations, optimizing HR systems and processes, managing compliance and day-to-day HR operations and partnering with leadership to build a scalable HR function. The ideal candidate has strong generalist HR experience, expertise in HRIS platforms and process improvement and a hands-on approach to employee relations, conflict resolution and organizational development.
