Responsibilities Human Resources Manager- Behavioral Health- Lewisville, TX The Human Resources Department Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and administration of HR operations, ensuring efficient delivery of human resources services across the employee lifecycle. This role provides oversight of employee onboarding, orientation, employee relations, compensation, HRIS management, learning management systems, policy administration, legal claim coordination, and HR process improvement. The HR Manager also mentors and supports HR Coordinators and other HR staff to promote operational excellence, compliance, and positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
HR Operations Manage daily Human Resources department operations and ensure timely, accurate, and professional HR service delivery. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and standard operating practices in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements. Monitor HR metrics, department workflows, and service levels to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. Employee Relations Serve as a primary resource for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, policy interpretation, investigations, and performance-related concerns. Collaborate with department leaders to support employee engagement, retention, workforce planning, and organizational culture initiatives. Partner with leadership and legal counsel as needed to manage legal claims, complaints, and employment-related matters in a timely and compliant manner. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgement in handling sensitive and employee related information. Employee Lifecycle Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment support, onboarding, orientation, employment changes, transfers, promotions, leave administration, performance support, and separation processing. Lead and coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. HR Systems Administer and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and accurate employee records. Oversee the learning management system (LMS), including training assignments, compliance tracking, reporting, and support for employee development initiatives. Support or lead HR system implementations, upgrades, testing, training, and adoption of new platforms or processes. Compensation Support compensation processes, including salary reviews, pay adjustments, job evaluations, and request market analysis, as directed.
