What you will do in this role:
Strategic Catalyst:
Drive business results by aligning HR strategies with global objectives and organizational growth.
Talent Architect:
Lead high-impact succession planning and career development to build a robust leadership pipeline.
Trusted Advisor:
Resolve complex employee relations through collaborative problem-solving and fair policy application.
Change Agent:
Guide teams through large-scale organizational transformations with clear communication and empathy.
Performance Coach:
Empower managers to elevate team performance through proactive coaching and feedback cycles.
Who You Are:
Expert Practitioner:
A seasoned leader with 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, dedicated to driving organizational excellence through high-impact strategic business partnering. You bring a proven track record of success within the Retail, Fashion, or Hospitality sectors.
Credible Influencer:
Proven ability to build strong, credible relationships and influence at the C-suite level.
Agile Problem Solver:
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Communicator & Listener:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening and collaboration.
Certified Professional:
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or
SHRM-SCP
certification preferred.
Academic Background:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
