Job Description
A growing life sciences company in San Marcos is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join its HR team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the people side of business but wants exposure to several areas of HR rather than being limited to one function.
You'll support employees throughout the employee lifecycle while partnering with HR leadership on onboarding, recruiting, employee communications, HRIS administration, and company culture initiatives.
