In return, the company offers a good starting salary, benefits and relocation if needed Salary range for this position is $50-55kk plus 10% bonus depending on years of experience. Qualifications & Requirements:

2+ Years experience as an HR Supervisor or HR Lead in a manufacturing plant Experience in a Food manufacturing plant. 24/7 operation Knowledgeable in Workers comp and Unemployment issues Actively participated in employee investigations and EEOC claims Active participant in recruiting hourly and salary positions -Strong leadership skills-Trains, mentors and develops a young team Has worked with safety manager and has safety skills Managed onboarding/off boarding, training department, development of training plans, active participant in recruiting process in area that is hard to recruit.
