Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Your energetic leadership will drive organizational success by aligning HR strategies with business goals and cultivating a high-performance culture. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting processes, and onboarding programs to attract top talent. Oversee employee orientation, training & development initiatives, and performance management systems to enhance workforce capabilities. Administer employee benefits programs, including benefits administration, workers' compensation, and FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance. Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict management, and promoting a positive work environment. Ensure regulatory compliance with employment & labor law, HR legal standards, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations, and other relevant policies Requirements Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in HR department operations. Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, change management, talent management, and workforce management. Proficiency in project management with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. Deep understanding of employment law in talent management, personnel administration, and regulatory compliance management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and effectively. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with experience using HR systems like ADP, Paychex, Dayforce or Kronos for payroll processing and benefits administration. Ability to analyze data trends for strategic planning using tools like Excel data analysis or HR analytics platforms. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
