Job Description

Job Overview Epic Personnel Partners is seeking an experienced Human Resources Supervisor for a large distribution center in Ruther Glen, VA supporting a high-volume warehouse operation. This position is ideal for an HR professional with experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and workforce development within a warehouse, manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.
Responsibilities:
Support employee relations and workplace investigations Assist with performance management and disciplinary actions Partner with warehouse leadership on staffing and workforce planning Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives Maintain employee records and HR compliance Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting Conduct new hire orientations and employee training Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed Supervise daily HR activities and support HR staff as needed
Qualifications:
