Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll guide HR operations across a diverse and growing portfolio that includes The Point Casino & Hotel, food distribution, retail, fuel operations, cannabis, and commercial real estate. What You'll Do Lead recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and performance management. Develop strategies that strengthen culture, engagement, and organizational success. Coach and inspire a high-performing HR team. Advance Tribal Member employment and professional-development opportunities. Lead succession planning and workforce integration for new enterprises. Partner with executive leadership, the NKI Board, Tribal Government, and regulatory agencies. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree and at least five years of HR management experience. SHRM-CP or PHR certification, or the ability to obtain it within six months. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to obtain and maintain a Class III Gaming License. A graduate degree, THRP certification, and experience working with Tribal communities or enterprises are preferred.
