Job Summary:
The Human Resources Recruitment Specialist is responsible for supporting the Company's recruitment and onboarding processes while providing general Human Resources support across the organization. This position helps ensure the consistent application of established HR policies procedures, and practices outlined in the Employee Handbook, Leadership Manual, Flight Crew Supplemental (FCS), and other applicable Company policies. While recruitment and onboarding are the primary responsibilities of the position, the Recruitment Specialist supports a variety of Human Resources functions, including employee relations and disciplinary processes, drug and alcohol program administration, employee benefits, airport security badging and signatory responsibilities, employee separations, policy administration, HRIS and personnel records management, and other HR-related activities as assigned.

Non-Exempt Essential Functions:
Partner with leadership throughout the recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding process while providing guidance on Company policies, procedures, HR practices, and workplace expectations. Respond to employee and leadership questions and escalate matters when additional review or authorization is required. Coordinate recruitment activities, including preparing and posting job openings, reviewing applications, conducting applicant screenings, scheduling interviews, completing reference and background checks, and maintaining candidate communication throughout the hiring process. Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, review position requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies for open positions. Seek, coordinate, and participate in recruitment activities, including career fairs, school and community outreach, recruitment advertising, and social media efforts to promote employment opportunities and attract qualified candidates. Travel to recruitment events and job fairs as required. Prepare and process employment-related documentation and coordinate pre-employment requirements, including offer letters, job descriptions, required screenings, licenses, certificates, and other position-specific qualifications. Verify Airframe and Powerplant (A&P Mechanic certificates and other required credentials as applicable. Coordinate and facilitate new-hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring required documentation, pre-employment requirements, HRIS processes, and applicable Company procedures are completed accurately and timely. Maintain accurate applicant and employee information within Human Resources systems, including HRIS data entry, personnel records, reporting, audits, and other required HR documentation. Assist with administration of the Company's drug and alcohol programs as a Designated Employer Representative (DER), including required testing processes, documentation, recordkeeping, and related program requirements as assigned. Assist employees with general benefits questions and support benefits enrollment, eligibility, documentation, and related administrative processes. Support employee relations and disciplinary processes, including gathering information, preparing documentation, assisting with policy administration, and helping ensure Company procedures are consistently followed. Coordinate employee separation processes, including terminations and exit interviews, required documentation, Company property collection, applicable notifications, and other separation procedures. Coordinate Company identification badge creation and issuance and serve as an authorized airport security signatory as assigned, including processing airport badge applications, verifying required documentation, maintaining applicable records, and assisting employees with airport security badging and access requirements. Process CSED deduction orders and other applicable wage withholding orders and respond to employment verification requests in accordance with Company procedures and applicable requirements. Serve as a key member of the Company's Emergency Response Team (ERT), supporting employee communications, personnel accountability, documentation, coordination, and other Human Resources responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Emergency Response Plan. Maintain confidentiality of employee, applicant, medical, compensation, disciplinary, and other sensitive Human Resources information and maintain professional working relationships with employees, applicants, leadership, and This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee. Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License is required. Must be able to pass an Airport Background Criminal History Check. Must be able to work effectively in a drug-free workplace and comply with company drug and alcohol policies. Two (2) or more years of experience in Human Resources, recruitment, staffing, administrative support or related field is highly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and effectively utilize HRIS, applicant tracking, background screening, and other Human Resources systems is required. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee, applicant, and Company information is required. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow assignments through to completion while effectively collaborating with Human Resources, leadership, and other departments is required. Ability and willingness to travel periodically for recruitment events, career fairs, and other Company-related activities is required. Ability and willingness to respond to time-sensitive Human Resources needs outside of normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
