Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our organization's human capital management strategies and ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration. Duties Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Administer employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture. Oversee employee evaluation processes and performance management systems. Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational development. Provide guidance on FMLA regulations and workers' compensation claims. Collaborate with management on strategic planning and organization design. Maintain HRIS systems for accurate data entry and workforce management. Support benefits administration and affirmative action planning efforts. Conduct training & development sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Foster positive employee relations through effective conflict management strategies. Utilize various HR sourcing tools, including ATS platforms like Lever, Workday, and iCIMS. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other relevant labor laws. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, change management, and talent management principles. Familiarity with HRIS software such as Oracle
HCM, SAP
SuccessFactors, or Ceridian is preferred. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in data collection and analysis for informed decision-making. Experience with payroll systems like ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
