Northwest Arkansas $22/Hour Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager for one of our client partners in Northwest Arkansas. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations while supporting employees and leadership through effective human resources practices, policies, and procedures. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and supporting the overall success of the organization. The Human Resources Manager will oversee employee relations, onboarding, payroll-related responsibilities, benefits administration, and personnel record management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally. The Human Resources Manager will also ensure that company procedures remain accurate, updated, and compliant with state and federal requirements. Job Responsibilities Maintain and enhance human resources operations by planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices Manage employment applications and assist with candidate screening and hiring processes Coordinate new hire paperwork, onboarding, and employee orientation activities Maintain employee personnel files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date Manage and monitor state and federal payroll tax processes and related documentation Maintain unemployment records and respond to unemployment claims as needed Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related questions Track, schedule, and manage employee evaluations and performance review processes Ensure HR procedures, policies, and employee documentation remain current and compliant Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and assisting with conflict resolution Assist leadership with HR reporting, compliance matters, and workforce planning Maintain confidentiality regarding employee information and company records Provide administrative support for HR functions and special projects as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in a Human Resources Manager role or similar HR position preferred Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations Experience with onboarding, employee relations, payroll processes, and benefits administration preferred Strong understanding of state and federal employment compliance requirements Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related software systems Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred #IND2
