Job Summary:
The Human Resources Analyst provides support to Human Resources in the area of position control, ensuring personnel functions conform to all applicable regulatory requirements. This position works closely with the Business Services department on account coding and account balances to ensure accuracy when creating positions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages a workflow of position requests from sites and departments. Builds approved positions in School ERP Pro (Visions). Monitors allocations of all positions in compliance with district policy. Assists in system testing for School ERP Pro (Visions). Participates in training of new end users on the district process for submitting epars. Assists with annual reconciliation of all district employee positions. Creates and manages High School master schedule template according to course guide. Oversees High School master schedule & required position changes. Prepares a variety of reports and related documents regarding staffing. Responds to written and verbal inquiries from sites and departments for the purpose of providing information and/or providing direction. Processes spreadsheets from departments, submitted for group payments. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, county and city statutes, rules, policies, and procedures. Knowledge of applicable grants management. Knowledge of applicable Peoria Unified School District and departmental policies and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Experience with data entry, customer service, and basic math skills; or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education granting comparable knowledge and skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with School ERP Pro (Visions). Experience with Excel to include building formulas and pivot tables.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to pass a background check. Must have or obtain an IVP fingerprint clearance card within the first 30 days of employment. May be required to work outside normal working hours. Must have at the time of application and must maintain a valid Arizona driver's license.
