Human Resources Generalist Alhambra , CA Direct Hire Human Resources $50K to $60K 08/28/2026 Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
Support recruitment efforts by assisting with hiring activities workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives. Coordinate onboarding processes and help ensure new employees have a successful start within the organization. Administer employee benefit programs and assist with enrollment updates and employee questions. Process payroll related activities and maintain accurate employee information within human resources systems. Handle employee relations matters maintain personnel records and support human resources projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
A Bachelor degree in human resources business administration or a related field. 1+ year(s) of human resources experience in a professional environment. Demonstrate knowledge of human resources practices employee records management and workplace compliance requirements. Possess proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook. Maintain familiarity with payroll systems and human resources information systems.
Qualifications:
Apply strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills when working with employees and management. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee and business information. Demonstrate strong organizational and problem solving abilities while managing multiple priorities. Maintain knowledge of federal and state employment regulations and workplace policies.
