Qualifications Experience:

1+ years of high-volume phone experience (outbound sales, appointment setting, cold calling, business development, or call center environment).

Communication:

Exceptional verbal communication, active listening skills, and the confidence to engage licensed professionals over the phone.

Resilience:

Strong phone stamina, high objection-handling ability, and a drive to convert cold leads into scheduled conversations.
