Apple Valley, CA About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to serve as the primary HR partner for our Apple Valley location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working directly with employees and leaders, and is confident navigating employee relations matters with sound judgment. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while helping strengthen the employee experience at the site. What You'll Do Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and leaders at the Apple Valley site Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations, coaching conversations, and corrective actions Partner with managers on performance management, engagement, and retention Support recruiting and onboarding efforts in partnership with our Talent Acquisition team Maintain employee records and support HR processes within Support leave administration, accommodations, and employee lifecycle changes Ensure consistent application of company policies and compliance with employment laws Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-site partners to drive consistency and alignment What We're Looking For 3-6 years of Human Resources experience Strong experience handling employee relations matters independently Ability to build trust and credibility with employees and leaders Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments is a plus Experience with HR systems, preferably Why Join Us Opportunity to make a visible impact at the site level Hands-on role with real ownership—not just administrative work Collaborative HR team with support and partnership across locations Competitive compensation and benefits Work Environment On-site role based in Apple Valley, CA Occasional travel to other California locations (limited) Compensation and Benefits Polymer Concepts Technologies PBY, Inc. offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support employee well-being and career growth.
