This role will be heavily focused on HR project management and requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, make sound judgment calls, and know when to escalate issues.

•43/hour Responsibilities Provide hands-on HR support across a 300+ employee population Manage and drive multiple HR projects from start to finish Own project timelines, follow up with stakeholders, track participation, and ensure deliverables stay on schedule Support HR initiatives through employee communications, surveys, attendance tracking, documentation, and follow-up Handle day-to-day employee and manager inquiries and determine appropriate next steps Support employee relations matters, gathering information and escalating issues when necessary Monitor and respond to the HR email inbox Provide general guidance on benefits and payroll questions and coordinate with centralized HR teams as needed Support performance management, employee engagement, and other HR programs Partner with leadership and HR teams on various initiatives and projects Maintain accurate HR documentation and records Support HR processes during a period of significant organizational growth and potential M&A activity Stay current on California employment laws and multi-state employment requirements Perform other HR duties and projects as assigned Requirements Strong HR Generalist background with broad experience across multiple areas of HR Strong HR project management experience Strong employee relations experience Ability to independently assess employee and manager issues, gather information, make judgment calls, and determine when escalation is needed Comfortable handling day-to-day employee requests and a high volume of inquiries Working knowledge of California labor and employment laws Exposure to multi-state employment laws General knowledge of benefits and payroll Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree preferred SHRM or PHR certification strongly preferred Bilingual preferred Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred Experience with Lattice, Smartsheet, and/or SharePoint is a plus LA123
