Full Job Description Description:
The Temporary Part-Time HR Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This position provides essential assistance across full-cycle recruitment coordination, general HR administration, and office operations. Working closely with the HR team, the Coordinator ensures seamless candidate communications, accurate record-keeping, and a welcoming environment for employees and office visitors.

Schedule:
Part-time, 25 hours/week, Mon-Thurs $26-$30 an hour
Requirements:
Recruitment Support:
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications; post job advertisements and monitor incoming applications; conduct initial candidate screening as directed; prepare recruitment documentation and maintain applicant records; assist with onboarding coordination for new hires.
HR Administration:
Prepare official employment letters and HR documents; assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes; respond to routine employee inquiries; support ongoing HR projects and reporting.
Office Operations:
Manage office supply inventories and vendor coordination; assist with meeting scheduling and room bookings; support reception and general administrative duties; help plan and execute company events and employee engagement activities. Process Improvement & Tasks as
Assigned:
Continuously assist with administrative tasks and special projects assigned by the HR Manager to support department goals.
Required Skills & Experience Education :
Associate degree or equivalent professional work experience.
Experience:
1+ years of experience in HR support, recruitment coordination, or general administrative support.
Technical Skills :
Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems / HRIS platforms (specifically Paylocity or a strong willingness to learn).
Professional Knowledge:
Foundational understanding of standard HR operations, recruiting practices, and administrative procedures.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional organizational habits, strong attention to detail, proactive initiative, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills & Experience Prior experience working in a fast-paced Tech, SaaS, or Property Technology (PropTech) environment. Familiarity with on-site office management and event coordinating.
